What is the exact error message you get when starting Outlook?
Which addins are disabled?

I am not getting any error message. One of the addins that is disabled is
"Duplicates Remover for Outlook" by MAPILab Ltd.

You can enable it again via Tools-> Options-> Other-> Advanced Options->
Addin Manager/COM Addins
