The are confusing to the user you only see the main url in the address
bar...you can't bookmark easily, if you navigate to a site via a search
engine you may get only one frame....and on and on. They should be used only
when necessary.
Dunno what the applet is.
You should consider renaming all files that have spaces in their names (they
will appear as %20) this will cause problems on unix servers. Your animated
gif has space in the file name. You can use underscores _ if you want. Also,
stick to lowercase names too.
