My arrows have a shadow. How do I remove the shadow

Then use the Big Box labeled "Message:" to provide a complete & accurate
description of what you need help with -- including what version of Word
you're using. Details make a difference - don't try to cram everything into
the "Subject:" box... Most of it will never even be seen if you do.
