my computer automatically shutsdown and restarts with an error

My computer has windows server 2003 enterprise edition installed. While
working either online or offline my computer suddenly flashes a message in
the following form: "the instruction at 0x7572eb3c referenced memory at
0x90909090. the memory could not be written or read" with the ok tab for
something and the cancel tab to debug. irrespective of what tab i click a
shut down is initiated by NT AUTHORITY with some error related to isass.exe.
Please give me some solution.
