My computer programs says I don't have out look

Hi the other day we were put on DSL and so far I love it but I have been told
contiusly by a program that I do not have outlook express when I go on my
start menu I see it. I just revieved e-mail from someone today. I need to
know how do I up date it with out having to spend anything or alot to do it.
Help

Are you sure the msg was ' do not have' or was it ' not default email
client' ?
Anyway what program is giving the msg?
