Are they in folders or in the inbox? if you have them sorted into
folders, they shouldn't slow outlook down much. You could also archive
the older messages (a good idea at the end of each year anyway) to reduce
the size of the mailbox.

Thats not possible sir. I have many accounts in it..
If i'll do that i'll be spending time on adding them back in.
by the way outlook got stuck so i killed it and now im waiting 50minutes
