My computer won't import notes from my Pocket PC

I've already downloaded the 'Service Pack 1 for OneNote but it still won't
recognize my Pocket PC. There's a error message that says that my Pocket Pc
is'nt connected correctly, yet the Pocket PC Syncs with Outlook 2003 just
fine. The Pocket PC is also running the latest version 3.7.1
Any suggestions?
