My computer wont save jpeg or gif photos from internet, help!

I have been trying to save photos off of the internet onto my computer by
right-clicking and clicking on "save as". When I do this, the only file
options it gives me are ".art" or ".bmp". The only problem is that most of
the pictures are .jpeg, I think. I try to save the pictures to my computer
anyway, but it never works and I cannot open them. The picture viewers say
things like "damaged file" or "unreadable". I have tried lots of different
picture viewers on my computer from Microsoft Office Picture Manager to
Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. In all of the other computers I've had, I've
never had this problem before. I just want to be able to save some pictures
to my computer, what do I do?

Your Internet Explorer Temporary Files Cache is full and
needs to be emptied.

Go to Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup
and perform some housekeeping.
