i can not get my contacts to apear in the "select names" window under my available lists in the dropdown.
i am using outlook 2000 and getting my email off an Exchange server 2000 internaly at work.
my contacts are accessable via my shortcut on the left panel. \\exchange\mbx\<my company>.COM\MBX\<me>\Contacts is the actual path where my contacts are located. there is no additional .pst folder that i'm looking to. all mail starts and ends on the server and are not delivered anywhere else.
When i compose a new message and click the button "To:" i will get a "select names" window. In this window there is a dropdown that is default to "Global Address List". Here i can see everyone in my company but i can not see my contacts under this or any other list like groups, users, public folders etc...
how can i get my personal contact list imported/recognised so that i can utalize the select names folder.
