My contacts backup folder is empty

I backed up my contacts following the Microsoft Office online help. The
problem is when I expand the folder I created for the backup. The contacts
..pst file I created is not there.

We have no idea what you did or what instructions you are following. All you
needed to do is make a copy of your Outlook data file using Windows
Explorer. Contacts are not backed up separately form the rest of the data
file, nor are they backed up by creating a folder.
