My contacts receives the same mail twice.

How can it be that some of my contacts receives my mail
twice, even though I have only sent the mail one time?

I have distributionslists and wonder whether the system
takes the name automaticly twice from the system?

The frustrated one!!

Rather hard to say since you've provided no information about how the
messages are created, addressed and sent. Outlook version and mail transport
would be helpful as well.
