My copy of Office 2003 is missing YS561401.cab, Where do I find i.

I am trying to download Office 2003 (operating system is XP), during the
installation process its telling me the YS561401.cab and won't continue to
install without the file, where do I find this file and if I need to get it
from an online system where do I find it??
