My 'Creat Outlook Task" window is grayed out in OneNote.

I have Office XP. My email account is Microsoft Exchange Server. I can't
create any Outlook items, even when I have Outlook running with OneNote.

In order for the automatic OneNote to Outlook hooks to work, you have to
have Office 2003.
