My customer toolbar has disappeared.

How do I get it back? I was working in a drawing, closed it, went into
another drawing and the toolbar was gone. Have not been able to get it back.

Hi,

Did you have two instances of Visio open at the same time? I t sound like
you might have done and I'm afraid Visio takes a snapshot of the menus and
toolbar state on the closure of the last instance (and over writes previous
versions).

I don't know of a recovery method, but you might be interested in this post
