My database is Locked

My database is Locked I can't open with my access forms.
I have my database into my server and I create an access
forms in another project. And I connect my database by net
using link tables, but I don't know why I can't use it.
I copy the database into my pc and I modify my links in
the forms project but I still have problems.
And now appears a new file with extension .ldb please help
me to solve my problem

The ldb file is the locks file: it keep track of who is using the database
at any time. It can get left behind if someone exits Access badly, for
example by a system crash or just switching off the PC. As long as you know
nobody is using the database, just delete the ldb file. Check the data
carefully though, because the database may have been left in a corrupt
state.
