My Day and Reminders

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

When I launch My Day, it says that My Day has encountered a problem and needs to close. Office Reminders can be launched but show no reminders -- the window is empty. Please, help.
