My Day will not open and seems to cause follow-on problem in Entourage. When I boot or when I try to load My Day, I get an error "My Day encoutnered a problem..." I subit a crash report to MS (of course) and here is the top part of whatit says:
Microsoft Error Reporting log version: 2.0
Error Signature:
Exception: EXC_BAD_ACCESS
Date/Time: 2009-07-23 08:01:47 -0300
Application Name: My Day
Application Bundle ID: com.microsoft.myday
Application Signature: DANW
Application Version: 12.1.0.080409
Crashed Module Name: unknown
Crashed Module Version: unknown
Crashed Module Offset: unknown
Blame Module Name: unknown
Blame Module Version: unknown
Blame Module Offset: unknown
Application LCID: 1033
Extra app info: Reg=en Loc=0x0409
Entourage will then start to crash also, about once every 30 - 40 minutes, unless I rebuild the database, then it is fine.
I have tried Remove Office and reinstalled Office, but this doesn't seem to change anything. I've Googled to see what's out there but can't find anything.
Any suggestions?
-Scott.
