How can I make a new task I add to My Day go to the top, rather than the bottom of the list?

They should be listed in order of priority, due date and
alphabetization. To move it to the top make its due date sooner than
everything else. Keep in mind that past due items will still appear at
the top.

Hope this helps!

That would be great, Bill, but no matter the due date, the item remains in the same spot. My overdue items are not arranging themselves at the bottom or top, and my new items added, no matter the due date, go to the bottom of the list.

I have not found a preference to arrange the list by date... What am I missing?

You have no preferences to arrange but you do have preferences in My Day
to include/exclude

- Flagged messages and contcts
- Items with no start date
- Items with no due date
- Over due items

Check under My Day menu --> Preferences... --> To Do List.

Clear everything and then add back only one type of item at a time to
see what's throwing things out of whack.

Hope this helps!
