My Drop Down File menu has disappeared

In MS Excel 2003 the File Drop Down Menu has disappeared completely from the
Worksheet menu bar. It can not be restored via the tools customize commands
option. Can anyone help with this please?

Via the same customise dialog select the menu bar and click reset
