My E-mail body does not include the text I right when I send it?

Just starting happening. I send an E-mail and the text is no longer there
when the receiver of the e-mail gets it.

Hi Marcus,

the Outlook version of the receiver is?

Does he has all service packs installed?

Maybe he use Outlook 2003 without SP2?
