My email account is blocked from sending messages in Outlook

I used this e-mail account for 2 - 3 weeks for my Outlook class and it was
working, send/receive. Because it was for my class I used fictitious e-mail
addresses to send e-mails and I am sorry I did not realize the damage it may
have caused until after when I got the message that I am blocked. I can
still receive messages but can't send. How do I get it to work again. I am
really frustrated because I am really behind re: my Outlook class. Please
help. I bought the software just for this class
