my email address appears as sender in inbox

Suddenly, this morning all incoming emails display my name instead the sender
name. This is more than annoying as I cannot screen incoming emails by sender.

Suggestions?

What does it say at the top of that data column? I suspect it says From not
To. You could reset the view or use the Field Chooser to darg the To field
on and drag the From field away.

Turn on the advanced toolbar, use the Field Chooser. Take From away from the
column headers and drop it on the Field Chooser, drag To column header from
the Field Chooser and drop it up where you removed the From field.
