My email addresses aren't inserted as hyperlinks in the completed merge

Hi All,

I am using Word 97-2002, with Windows XP. I create a email mail merge,
everything works fine except for the hyperlink, my email addresses aren't
inserted as hyperlinks in the completed merge in the email. I have tried :
1.
Select Format/AutoFormat and then Options

2.
Turn off all formatting options that you do not want, but ensure that
Internet and network paths as hyperlinks is turned on.



But this has not worked

Please help!!
