I said:
I have mutiple email accounts,
Of which you never identified what TYPE of accounts (POP, IMAP, Exchange,
HTTP/Deltasync). And you never identified which VERSION of Outlook, either.
Windows Live is a suite of services. To which one of them does the "Plus"
modifier apply? Hotmail perhaps? If [Windows Live] Hotmail Plus, are you
accessing it via POP or HTTP/Deltasync (using the Outlook Connector add-on)?
and others for my
business.
So you have several e-mail accounts defined in Outlook but of what TYPES we
don't know or how it is relevalent we don't know.
And that has what to do with the unidentified version of Outlook? You
installed or re-installed Windows 7? And was that in trying to troubleshoot
the problem with Outlook or because you simply had decided to migrate from a
prior version of Windows at the time?
Using what?
This did not work properly.
What did not work properly? Windows 7? Whatever you used for the backup?
Or Outlook?
Even went as far deleting accounts uninstalling office and starting from
scratch. As soon as i open outlook the folder is still there, with the wrong
name. .
Maybe you reused the same .pst file that you were using before. After all,
uninstalling Outlook doesn't delete the .pst file. You probably used the
the default filename for the message store (outlook.pst). So when you
reinstalled, and with Outlook using the same default message store filename,
it already had the outlook.pst file from before.
"the folder". What folder?
"Wrong name". What name?
