My email only is able to sync up to March 2006???

I am running the Office 2007 beta. Some of my email folders sync all older
emails but some only go up to March 2006. Is there a setting that I need to
change or what?

Define "sync". What kind of email account?

With an Exchange account?
Did you do an upgrade or clean install?
Locate your ost-file and rename it to .old. Have Outlook resynch and see how
far it comes now.

Sync meaning transfer what is on the microsoft exchange server to my laptop.

I uninstalled my whole Office 2003 suite, rebooted, ran ccleaner, rebooted
and then installed the Office 2007 beta.

Where would I find my ost-file?

By default;
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Even when you uninstall a previous version we are still talking about an
upgrade as several settings get migrated and possible add-ins are already
installed on the system.

If "resetting" the sync doesn't work you can try it with a clean mail
profile;
