This was an attachment in email with .eml extention. When I open the
attachment is opens in Microsoft Publisher and runs to 100+ pages with lots
of unintelligable pages.
I also have some that open in OmniPoint and I don't know why.

For some reason it appears that *.*eml files have been associated with
Publisher instead of OE. You need to reassociate these files with OE. Not
totally sure how to do that, but in OE try going to Tools > Options and
under the General Tab, click the button at the bottom to make OE your
default mail handler. Click ok, shut down and reboot, and see if the *.*eml
attachment opens in OE. If that doesn't work then perhaps save the
attachment to your desktop, right click it, Open with, and choose program
and look for OE. Then tick the box beside "Always use the selected
program....".
If neither of these solutions work for you, then perhaps repost this problem
in the OE newsgroup.

The eml extention was associated with Publisher. In Appearnces and Theme
under folders I was able to change the associateion.
