My emails are arrivng then disappearing fast

For days my emails have been arrving in too my Outlook then disappearing
before I can read them?I have tried evrything and need help badly?

Do you have a view (filter) set that hides read messages from you?

PS - you can start Outlook with the /cleanviews command line switch to
delete all views and reset the built-in ones back to their defaults.

Hi

I do not know where to find the view (filter). It appears not to be there.
Also can you explain staring outlook with the clean view command.
I am using Outlook 2000

Select Start > Run > outlook.exe /cleanviews > OK button

Its been a while since I ran Outlook 2000, but I believe views are accessed
thru the View > Current View menu option.
