My excel shows number (1,2,3) to indicate the column rather lette.

Very interestingly, my excel didn't show letter (A column, B, C, ..) in
column format. It shows the same thing (1 coulmn, 2, 3 ) like the row format.
So the cell range shows R6C3 to represent C6. How can I change this column
lable as a letter back?
