My exchange server outlook acct will not connect until 9 am - Why

My outlook account will not connect to our exchange server until 9 am each
day -- it's set up in cached exchange mode and to automatically detect
connections. The other users in my building are not having this issue - only
me. Is there a setting that I'm missing that can be changed to stop this from
occurring?

did you ask the admin if it's configured to allow access only during certain
periods?

The account is scheduled to allow connectivity 24 hours a day seven days a
week through the exchange user set up. So this doesn't appear to be the
issue. Thanks for the suggestion.
