My Faxstflt dos not work

Hello, my faxmodem answers by telling that it is busy working with
receiving a fax, but it is not...... what can be the problem? does anyone
know?

Microsoft Access.

The booklet or online help that came with your modem should have contact
information for solving problems with their equipment.
