My File drop down menu is missing and I can not figure out why.

I have a user that is not able to access the file frop down menu in Office.
In all of the other Microsoft programs, the file menu appears. I have
uninstalled and reinstalled and the same error is occuring with Office.

Is it the same in all of Office? Did it just happen (was it there before)
or has it never been there?

It is just in Word. ALl of the other office products are fine. It just
recently happen this week.

Try R-click menu area, Customize, Toolbars, Select "Menu Bar", click Reset.

Try deleting the normal.dot. We have an accouting program that we use that
constantly corrupts our templates in Word and Excel. Most recently I
noticed that parts of the drop down menus are missing. Takes care of it
every time.
