my fonts change when i publish my web site with frontpage

i have downloaded fonts that i use on my website, but when it is viewed on
other computers the fonts have changed

You can only display fonts that you have installed on your machine. This
leads to the concept of 'web safe fonts'. Here's the list -

That's all you get.

An alternate would be to use Irfanview (http://www.irfanview.com/) to save
your fonts as an image and then post the image online. That way, any
computer will display the fonts the way you intended.

Pretty bad idea in my opinion. You have now lost important content from
your page by doing this in addition to (perhaps) significantly increasing
the page weight....
