My Head hurts but I know there must be a solution

I am a newbie when it comes to queries but I have no experience with
SQL. I am doing a training database for the company I am working for so
I can keep track of training records. I have all the tables setup but
the way I like the subform within a form is it creates duplicate values
for the field I would like to have the Primary key as. So I enter lets
say cutting. there are a few different types so there are 3 rows of
cutting info per employee. Each row creates adds a emp# to the row
which creates a duplicate value. So I have no primary keys on all my
tables. The form and subform are child and master linked by emp#. I
have 8 tables for 8 different training modules. I want to know if it is
even possible to query all 8 tables and group them by emp#? I know it
is not the proper way to build a database but I like the subform. When
I run the query it gives me a large list with every possible
combination for 10 records. Everything works but the query. If someone
could give me a way around this or if there is a way it would be great.
I also have 8 tabs with each. Thank you!
