my internet explorer does not open

my internet explorer does not open. i have cox high speed internet the
outlook mail still works but explorer doesnot. i can sign into yahoo amd go
into chat with freinds but i do not get there profiles can not open mail or
seach anything on the internet. what can i do to correct this problem

I'd suggest contacting Cox first.
