MY INVOICE NUMBER IS IN RED AND IT DOES NOT PRINT ON PAPER

I have made an invoice in excell and i am printing it on the printer, however
the invoive number is in red and it does not print on the invoice that is
printed. How do I fix this issue.

So, this invoice is from some template you have?

Is the invoice number an actual cell, or is it an object?

Right click on the number and see what options you have.

Typically, objects will have a Properites option that gives you the option
to print or not.

Also, go to View > Page Break Preview to ensure the invoice number is
included within the highlighted area (inside the thick blue lines)

Doesn't print at all or prints in black?

Have you looked at your print settings?

Maybe you have "black and white" enabled?
