My isn't my template downloading?

The template that i am currently trying to download is not downloading. My
computer is not really slow but everytime i click "Download Now" the download
window comes up but the template doesn't start downloading? any suggestions?

I am experiencing the same problem. I realized it's because I don't have Word
2007 and that is the version the template is in. Hope this helps.
