My Laptop Stolen

My new IBM laptop was stolen recently that had MS Windows Professional and MS
Office Professional 2003. :*( MS Windows usually comes with the computer, so
that'd be no problem, but I have a CD for the Windows Office that came with
the laptop. Can I still use this CD to install into my new laptop (not IBM)?
I called IBM, and they told me to contact Microsoft for a new Office License
(CD Key).

What Can I do about this?
