my letters will print but envelopes will not

When I attempt to print an envelope it runs it through and attempt to print
but it comes out blank. Letters will print as usual. I think I have it set
right. I even tried running a regular piece of paper through to see if the
information intended for the envelope would print, but it would not. ..

If you are using a Macintosh version of Word, make sure that in Word |
Preferences | Print, "drawing objects" is checked.

Otherwise, state your version, and also whether the envelope text shows
up in Print Preview. Try setting the text color on the envelope to
something other than Automatic, as well.
