I am the delegate for my boss and only I am recieving her meeting requests.
She has a rule setup in that redirects her meeting requests to a shared
folder in her Outlook 2003. I have Publishing Editor permissions to the
Folder and can see it and access it in my Outlook 2003 but to keep her
meeting requests going to her shared folder I have to setup a rule that
directs meeting requests I recieve to that folder as well. I added an
exception if it was sent to me not to redirect but the problem is when a
meeting request is sent that we are both invited to it only goes to my bosses
shared folder twice and if I accept either or both of them both it does not
update my calander. If I drag one of the meeting requests back to my Inbox
and accept it even though I am invited it does not update my calander. I
guess I got a circle of you can't get there from here but I am hoping someone
with real knowledge might spot what I have done wrong and help me out.
Thanks...Mazchile83
