I see the SHIFT key on your keyboard has disappeared too! Nothing like a
strip search to bring a household together :) But one thing at a time:

Hi Felix:

I went out and purchased Microsoft Office 2000 long ago. I was jittery with excitement and installed it. I opened Word 2000. Huh! Not a menu bar in site. Nothing but a window with borders. That's it but a scrawny status bar at the bottom. "What's that?" I said. Mmmm. So I had Microsoft Support. One ringy-dingy two ringy-dingy.

The Microsoft Customer Support Professional said, "Weird I never heard or seen of that before." I sent him a pic. He said, "Try Start | Run | winword /a | OK. So I did All fixed. He wasn't happy he really wanted to get his hands dirty. But that fixed it and never experienced it again.

What in the world would that do? F11 is the shortcut for "Go to the next
field."
