My Menus have disappeard in word!

When I open a word document I cant see any menus at all. Its just the
document with no Options Or Tools or anything! Its driving me mad, Icant fix
it and I need to use Mail Merge....urgently!

Im using Word 2003
Help!

Right-Click one of the Toolbars, select Customize & go to the Toolbars page
of the dialog. Make sure there is a check in the box for Menu Bar, then
click its name & hit the Reset button. If that doesn't work see;
