my microsoft word document will not load up

why does every time i load my files that usally open in word i get a blank
grey page, where have my files gone. please help.

hello

if your word documents arent comeing up it may be because you have a
virius on your computer or you havent saved your work properly.....
either way i think you should get it checked out..
