My new edition of office 2007 is missing the outlook platform .

What can I do to get microsoft to correct this and the other problem. I keep
trying to download office templates. And I keep getting a message saying. I
son't have office 2007?

The only suite that does not include Outlook is the Student and Home
version. You need to buy it separately or buy a suite that includes it. If
you have a suite that includes Outlook and it won't install, you need to
uninstall your previous version of outlook.
