My office cd has not contain data1.msi, so I didn't get office upgrade.

Hi Ozkan,
Data1.msi is a a filename that was the central file
of every Office 2000 series product. When asked to
insert the CD during an up date, look at the box that
says "Use Feature From" to be sure you're putting in
the CD with the name it's asking for. It may not be
the one you are expecting it to be.
