My office upgraded to Outlook 2007 & now TASK reminders don't work

Just last night my office upgraded to Outlook 2007. Now, my tasks are still
there, but my reminders are not firing. I've tried the standard online help
suggestions (ie cleanreminders from Run) but nothing is working as of yet. I
have my tasks in outlook in a personal folder and a separate mailbox, but no
reminders are coming up at all. Any ideas/suggestions? I rely on these
things. Thanks!
