my oft. verison is 1.00.16.16.00 and I need 2.00.3516.00

I have tried to load bus. contact manager and unintall bus. contact mgr. and
I keep getting my .oft verison is incorrect. I have 1.00.16.16.0 and I am
being told I need 2.00.3516.00. How do I get the newer version?

Hi

Can you check if Business Tools is available coz in most scenarious it isnot
avaliable when they encountered this message if it is not try renabling ot
under help about > Microsoft Outlook > Disabled Items and then enable.Also
if you go to tools > options > other > advanced > custom form > highlight
any one of the forms and click on properties it would should show

I'm having the same issue. I have no disabled items.

Remove BCM V2 and MSDE from add /remove program and do a reinstall .Also
if you go to tools > options > other > advanced > custom form > highlight
any one of the forms and click on properties does it show
