SMTP settings need to be reconfigured.
Contact your ISP for correct SMTP settings.
And yes, we need a lot more information. Software version, how your
accounts are setup, are you talking to Exchange server, what is the
error message from Outlook, what was the nature of your move, did you
switch ISPs, and so forth.
Please provide all that and any other information that documents changes
between the period Outlook was able to send mail and current state.
