My Outlook 2002 has locked up and I can't get it to respond

Since 10/24/05 I have not been able to access Outlook 2002. What do I need
to do to get it back? I click on the icon, but when it opens, the mouse does
not respond.

You should post this in an Outlook group. This group is for support of
OneNote.

That said, you might try going to Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs |
Microsoft Outlook (or Office) and have it do a Detect & Repair.

Sally, you should post to an Outlook newsgroup, by the version you're
running. This newsgroup supports the OneNote program only.
