Well, how about some MORE information to provide a decent context in
which to suggest help. Can you browse to a web site? How do you know
that you actually have an Internet connection? What TYPE of Internet
connection do you have (dial-up, DSL, cable, satellite) and what do you
have in your network to make the connection (OS version, NAT router,
cable/dsl/analog modem)?
Did you ever check to see which connection that Outlook will try to use?
Look at the Connection tab under each e-mail account definition that you
have in Outlook. Does it match the connection that is configured for
the browser (Internet Options -> Connections)?
