My Outlook 2003 Junk mail filter has stopped working.

The last junk mail filter update did not complete its installation. Now my
filter is not working at all, and Outlook will not let me reapply the update.
Any suggestions? Also, the blocked senders list does not appear to be
working.

Can you uninstall the update then try reinstalling it?

No. I looked in the Add/Remove Programs list, but that number wasn't in the
list.

I'm guessing that you had the box checked in Add/Remove to show updates.
Hmmm, I'll have to check into the workarounds for getting the patch
installed
